مقدمه: مطالعات نشان داده است که امواج مغزی در بیماران اضطرابی به شکل نابهنجاری فعالیت می کنند ولی تابحال در این زمینه مطالعات مداخله ای صورت نگرفته است، به همین دلیل انجام پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بر کاهش علایم اضطراب و الگوی امواج مغزی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب ضروری بنظر می رسد.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات شبه آزمایشی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه بیماران مبتلا به علایم اختلال اضطراب فراگیر مراجعه کننده به مراکز روانپزشکی شهر تبریز در سال 1397 بود. تعداد 30 بیمار اضطرابی بعد از تشخیص روانپزشک انتخاب و به صورت هدفمند در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. سپس هر دو گروه از نظر موج آلفا و تتا منطقه PZ و همچنین شدت اضطراب با پرسشنامه اضطراب بک ( 1989 ) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند (پیش آزمون)، و بعد گروه آزمایش به مدت 12 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای، تحت توانبخشی شناختی قرار گرفتند و آموزشهای مرتبط را دریافت کردند و در پایان هم به منظور ارزیابی تفاوتهای صورت گرفته، آزمونهای فوق، مجدداً روی هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل اجرا شد (پس آزمون). داده های حاصل از این پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار Neuroguid و SPSS نسخه 23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: تحلیل دادههای پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که توانبخشی شناختی باعث کاهش معنادار نمرات اضطراب در بیماران مبتلا به علایم اختلال اضطراب فراگیر می شود (01 / 0 > P ) و همچنین موج آلفا و موج تتای مغزی بیماران اضطرابی را در ناحیه PZ کاهش داده است و تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد ( 01 / 0 > P).
نتیجه گیری: مبتنی بر یافته های این پژوهش می توان از توانبخشی شناختی به عنوان درمانی مؤثر برای کاهش اضطراب در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر استفاده نمود.
