fa بررسی تأثیر اجرای برنامه مراقبت خانواده محور بر افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران جراحی قلب باز پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> بستری شدن بیماران دربخش های ویژه اغلب با بروز مشکلات روانی در خانواده این بیماران همراه است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تأثیر اجرای برنامه مراقبت خانواده محور بر افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران جراحی قلب باز از پذیرش تا ترخیص انجام یافته است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش کار:</strong> در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، 45 مراقب بیمار در خانواده بیماران تحت عمل جراحی قلب باز به روش نمونه گیری آسان انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در یکی از دو گروه مداخله و شاهد تخصیص داده شدند. در گروه مداخله علاوه بر اطلاعات معمول بیمارستان از روز قبل از عمل تا 24 ساعت قبل از ترخیص از بیمارستان مراقبت اطلاعاتی و عاطفی نیز انجام شد و در گروه شاهد تنها اطلاعات معمول بیمارستان ارائه شد. افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس مراقبین در هر دو گروه روز قبل از عمل و 24 ساعت قبل از ترخیص بیمار از بیمارستان با استفاده از پرسشنامه <span dir="LTR">DASS21</span> اندازه گیری شده و داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون کای دو، تی مستقل و تی زوجی تحلیل شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بر اساس یافته‌ها دو گروه از نظر مشخصات فردی همگن بودند. میانگین نمره افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس روز قبل از عمل در گروه شاهد به ترتیب (4/8&plusmn; 7/27)، (5/8&plusmn; 9/50)، و (4/7&plusmn; 11/54) و در گروه مداخله افسردگی (3/4&plusmn; 6/52)، اضطراب (3/6&plusmn; 10/73)، استرس (3/6&plusmn; 11/69) بود. که در 24 ساعت قبل از ترخیص از بیمارستان در هر دو گروه کاهش یافت که این کاهش در گروه مداخله از نظر آماری معنی دار بود (0/001> <span dir="LTR">P</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> بر اساس یافته‌ها، برنامه مراقبت خانواده محور سبب کاهش افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس مراقبین بیماران از پذیرش تا 24 ساعت قبل از ترخیص شده است، و از آن جایی که وضعیت روانی مطلوب مراقبین در نحوه مراقبت از بیماران تأثیر به سزایی دارد، بنابراین استفاده از این روش در مراقبین بیماران در طول مدت بستری در بیمارستان توصیه می‌گردد.</p> <p align="center"></p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Hospitalization at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) often leads to some psychiatric problems in the family of the patient. This study aimed at determining the effect of family-centered care on depression, anxiety and stress of family caregivers of open-heart surgery patients from admission to discharge.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> In this randomized clinical trial, 45 caregivers from patients&rsquo; families were selected based on convenience sampling method and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group received routine hospital information as well as informational and emotional care, from the day before the surgery to 24 hours before discharge from the hospital. On the other hand, the control group received only routine information. Depression, anxiety and stress rates of the caregivers in both groups were assessed by the DASS21 Questionnaire before the surgery and 24 hours before discharge. To analyze the data, chi-square tests, t-test and paired t-test were used.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The findings indicated that both groups were homogeneous in demographic characteristics. The mean score of depression, anxiety and stress in the control group on the day before the surgery was 7.27 &plusmn; 4.8, 9.50 &plusmn; 5.8, and 11.54 &plusmn; 4.7, respectively. In the experimental group, the rate of depression, anxiety, and stress were found to be 6.52 &plusmn; 3.4, 10.73 &plusmn; 3.6, and 11.69 &plusmn; 3.6, respectively. The results showed that in both groups, there was a decrease in the amount of these three variables 24 hours before hospital discharge. However, the amount of decrease was statistically significant in the experimental group (P > 0.001).</p> <p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> According to the results, family-centered care reduced depression, anxiety and stress in families with ICU patients, 24 hours before discharge compared to the admission day.
