fa شناسائی چالش های ازدواج معلولین جسمی- حرکتی شهر تهران: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یکی از چالش هایی که معلولین جسمی- حرکتی با آن مواجه</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اند ازدواج است. چرا که با ازدواج علاوه بر این که افراد با &rlm;مشکلات جدیدی مواجه می شوند ولی به لحاظ روانی می توانند به آرامش رسیده و در زندگی احساس آرامش و خوشبختی &rlm;کنند، لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی چالش</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">های ازدواج معلوین جسمی- حرکتی شهر تهران بود.&rlm;</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش‌ کار:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> روش تحقیق بر اساس ماهیت داده کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی، بر اساس هدف از نوع کاربردی و بر اساس نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی از نوع مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند بود. مشارکت کنندگان این پژوهش را معلولین جسمی - حرکتی مراکز بهزیستی شهر تهران تشکیل می داد که از بین آنها 20 نفر به صورت هدفمند برای مصاحبه انتخاب شدند. روش تجزیه و تحلیل بر اساس تحلیل هفت مرحله ای کلایزی بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج بررسی&shy; ها نشان داد که، چالش&shy;های ازدواج معلولین جسمی - حرکتی را می&shy;توان در چهار طبقه اصلی شامل&quot; احساسات و نگرشهای منفی پیرامون ازدواج، دغدغه ها و فشارهای خانواده، استیگما اجتماعی و عدم پذیرش جامعه و عدم کفایت منابع حمایتی و اشتغال سفید&quot; طبقه بندی کرد.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">توجه به چالشهای ازداواج معلولین از سوی متخصصان مشاوره توانبخشی ضروری به نظر می رسد. چالش هایی که بخشی از آنها ریشه در مشکلات روان شناختی و احساسی فرد معلول دارد و بخش دیگر مربوط به شرایط اجتماعی و حمایتی معلول است. به نظر می رسد که، مداخله های روان شناختی باید در جهت بعد فردی </span></span><span style="font-family:sakkal majalla;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اجتماعی برای کم کردن چالش های ازدواج این افراد انجام&nbsp; بگیرد. همچنین، در بعد اجتماعی، جامعه نیازمند آگاهی و آماده سازی محیط برای پذیرش ازدواج معلولین است.</span></span></div> <strong>Introduction:</strong> One of the challenges faced by Physical-motorized disabilities is marriage. Because with marriage, in addition to being faced with new problems, they can be mentally restored and feel relaxed and happy in life. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the challenges of physical and motorretardation marriage in Tehran.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The method of research was based on the nature of data of qualitative type, based on the purpose of the applied type and based on the method of data collection; a descriptive type of interview was semistructured. Participants of this study were physically-handicapped persons of Tehran&#39;s well-being centers, of which 20 were targeted for interview. The analysis method was based on a seven-step Colaizzi analysis.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of the study showed that four main categories were stem from the result. They were including; psychological-emotional problems, Family issue, Stigma and unaccepted by society, the lack of supportive resources and low income jobs.<br> <strong>Conclusions</strong>: According to the findings of research it seems that counseling and rehabilitation professionals might be more attention to psycho-social challenges that disabled people faced them for marriage. The challenges were divided to sections. First section was psychological-emotional problems like; sense of useless and low self-confidence and the second section return to the view of family and society. In addition, the dependence to family, low income jobs and the negative perspective to marriage of disabled persons were mentioned. Psychological and educational interventions to reducing the psychological problems are necessary.
