fa سیستم های مغزی رفتاری، علائم پیش از قاعدگی و طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه در مادران مبتلا به افسردگی پس از زایمان پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> پژهش حاضر با هدف بررسی سیستم های مغزی رفتاری، طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و علائم پیش از قاعدگی در مادران با اختلال افسردگی پس از زایمان انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> مطالعه حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی میباشد. جمعیت تحقیق شامل تمامی مادران بعد از وضع حمل مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر مشهد در سال 1397 بودند که تشخیص اختلال افسردگی پس از زایمان برایشان داده شده بود. کل نمونه 200&nbsp; نفری با استفاده از نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شد و پرسشنامه سیستم های مغزی رفتاری، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ، پرسشنامه علائم پیش از قاعدگی و مقیاس افسردگی ادینبرگ را تکمیل نمودند. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که سیستم های بازداری و فعالساز رفتاری، علائم پیش از قاعدگی و طرحواره های حوزه خودگردانی-عملکرد مختل و حوزه محدودیت مختل همگی با افسردگی پس از زایمان رابطه داشتند. سیستم بازداری رفتاری، طرحواره خودگردانی و عملکرد مختل، طرحواره محدودیت مختل و علائم پیش از قاعدگی به طور مثبت و سیستم فعال ساز رفتاری به صورت منفی افسردگی پس از زایمان مادران را پیش بینی کردند.<br> نتیجه گیری: اختلال افسردگی پس از زایمان در مادران با مولفه های سیستم های مغزی رفتاری، طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و علائم پیش از قاعدگی همبسته بود. بنابراین ملاحظات ارزشیابی، تشخیص و درمان باید با تاکید بر این همبستگی ها در اختلال افسردگی پس از زایمان در مادران صورت گیرد.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> The present study aimed to investigate brain-behavioral systems, early maladaptive schemas and premenstrual syndrome as predictors of postpartum blues.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study was a descriptive correlational research. Study population included all referred females who diagnosed as mothers with postpartum depression in health centers of Mashahd city during 2018. A total sample of 200 mothers with postpartum depression selected with Multi-stage cluster sampling method. The participants completed brain behavioral systems scale, early maladaptive schema scale, Edinburgh postpartum depression scale, and premenstrual syndrome scale. Collected data were analyzed by a stepwise regression model.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that inhibition and activation behavioral systems, premenstrual syndrome, impaired autonomy and performance schemas and impaired limits schemas were all related to postpartum blues. The behavioral inhibition system, impaired autonomy and performance schemas, impaired limits schemas and premenstrual syndrome positively predicted postpartum blues and the behavioral activation system negatively predicted postpartum blues.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Postpartum depression disorder in mothers were related in terms of brain behavioral systems, early maladaptive schema and premenstrual syndrome.
