fa بررسی عملکرد جنسی بیماران مرد قبل و بعد از عمل جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر پژوهشي Research <strong>اهداف:</strong> بیماریهای قلبی عروقی یکی از عوامل اصلی مرگ و میر در جهان می باشد. بیماری کرونری قلب یکی از بیماریهای قلبی<span dir="LTR">-</span>عروقی است که سبب تاثیر بر عملکرد جنسی در مبتلایان می گردد<span dir="LTR">.</span> این تحقیق با هدف &nbsp;بررسی عملکرد جنسی در بیماران قبل و&nbsp; بعد از عمل جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر انجام شد<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>روش ها: </strong>این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی در 90 بیمار کاندید عمل جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر در بیمارستانهای بقیه ا..(عج) و قلب جماران&nbsp; تهران&nbsp; انجام شد. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه اختصاصی شاخص بین المللی عملکرد نعوظ قبل و دو ماه بعد از جراحی قلب استفاده شده است.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>میانگین نمره کل عملکرد جنسی قبل از عمل جراحی 13/43 و دو ماه بعد از عمل جراحی 6/93 بوده است. همچنین عملکرد جنسی در حیطه های عملکرد نعوظی، عملکرد ارگاسمیک،میل جنسی، رضایت از مقاربت و رضایت زناشویی قبل از عمل نسبت به بعد از عمل کاهش معنی دار داشته است<br> &nbsp;(0/001<strong><span dir="LTR">&nbsp;P<</span></strong>).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> احتمالا به علت عوارض جراحی عملکرد جنسی در کوتاه مدت دچار افت می شود. بنابراین جهت بررسی دقیق تر مطالعات طولی جهت بررسی این مفهوم توصیه می گردد. <strong>Aims:</strong> Cardiovascular diseases is one of the main causes of mortality in the world. Coronary artery disease is one of the cardiovascular diseases that affects the sexual function of this patients. This study was performed to evaluate the sexual function of patients before and after coronary artery bypass graft surgery<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was performed on 90 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery in the two military Hospitals, Iran. In this research the international index of erectile function before and after two months after cardiac surgery was used for data gathering<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean of total sexual function before surgery was 13.43 and 2 months after surgery was 6.93. Also, sexual function was decreased significantly in the areas of erectile function, orgasmic function, sexual desire, satisfaction with intercourse and marital satisfaction after surgery<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> (P <0.001).<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Probably due to the complications of surgery sexual function decreased in the short term.
