fa اثربخشی اجرای مراقبت دهان و دندان بر اختلالات بلع مددجویان مبتلابه بیماری اسکلروز چندگانه پرستاری توانبخشی Rehabilitation Nursing كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">مقدمه:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">یکی از مشکلات اصلی بیماران مبتلابه اسکلروز چندگانه، اختلالات بلع است که آموزش و اجرای مراقبت از دهان و دندان به این افراد می‌تواند بر کاهش عوارض آن، مانند آسپیراسیون و پنومونی مؤثر واقع گردد. مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین تأثیر اجرای مراقبت دهان و دندان بر اختلالات بلع بیماران مبتلابه اسکلروز چندگانه صورت گرفته است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">روش کار:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> این مطالعه یک مطالعه شبه تجربی تک گروهی قبل و بعد از مداخله است که در سال 1401 در شهر تهران صورت گرفت.تعداد 25 بیمار مبتلابه بیماری اسکلروز چندگانه دارای معیارهای ورود به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از میان بیماران بستری در بیمارستان توان‌بخشی رفیده انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. پرسشنامه مشکلات دیسفاژی در افراد مبتلابه مالتیپل اسکلروزیس </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">(DYMUS)</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> جهت سنجش اختلالات بلع مددجویان، قبل و بعد از اجرای مداخله تکمیل شد. مداخله شامل سه جلسه آموزش حضوری روزانه به هر شرکت‌کننده و مراقبین آن‌ها در سه روز اول مداخله به مدت 30 دقیقه با موضوع مراقبت صحیح از دهان و دندان و 27 روز پیگیری منظم روزانه حضوری و همچنین مجازی با استفاده از تلفن همراه هوشمند بود.</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">مقایسه نتایج حاصل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">SPSS-v25</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی موردبررسی قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">یافته ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> میانگین سنی شرکت</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">کنندگان برابر با میانگین سنی 41 سال (دامنه سنی 58-29) بود. بر اساس یافته‌ها، تعداد بیماران با اختلالات بلع قبل از اجرای مداخله 20 نفر (80 درصد) بود که بعد از اجرای مداخله به 7 نفر (28 درصد) کاهش یافت. همچنین میانگین نمرات مشکلات دیسفاژی طبق پرسشنامه </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">DYMUS</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> قبل از مداخله برابر با 4/52 بود که بعد از اجرای مداخله به 1/88 کاهش یافت که بر اساس آزمون تی زوجی معنادار بود (</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">p<0.001</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">).</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، اجرای مداخله مراقبت دهان و دندان می‌تواند بر اختلالات بلع بیماران مبتلا‌به اسکلروز چندگانه مؤثر باشد؛ و به ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت‌های این مددجویان در بیمارستان‌های توان‌بخشی کمک کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Introduction:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times=""> Deglutition Disorders are one of the main problems of patients with multiple sclerosis, and teaching and implementing oral and dental care for these people can be effective in reducing its complications, such as aspiration and pneumonia.
