مقدمه: توانبخشی شغلی یکی از ابعاد مهم توانبخشی است که با افزایش کارایی و بازگرداندن توانایی ها و به حداقل رساندن اثرات محدودیت ها، کمک می کند تا فرد توانخواه به استقلال فردی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی برسد و علاوه بر اینکه نیاز شغلی خود را مرتفع می سازد، بتواند عوامل روانشناختی را نیز در خود تقویت نماید. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اثربخشی برنامه ی توانبخشی شغلی بر سرمایه های روانشناختی افراد دارای آسیب نخاعی بود.
روش کار: طرح این پژوهش مطالعه ی تک آزمودنی بود. بدین منظور با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند، 3 نفر از افراد دارای آسیب نخاعی انتخاب شدند و طی 8 جلسه به صورت انفرادی تحت آموزش برنامه توانبخشی شغلی قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ی سرمایه های روانشناختی لوتانز بود. نتایج با استفاده از تحلیل دیداری، معناداری آماری یا شاخص پایایی تغییر و معناداری بالینی یا درصد بهبودی، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل دیداری نشان داد که برای هر سه شرکت کننده، نمودارهای مرحله ی B (مداخله) طی جلسات آموزش روند رو به صعود داشت. همچنین، برنامه آموزش توانبخشی شغلی با شاخص پایایی تغییر بزرگتر از 96 / 1 و درصد بهبودی بالاتر از 50 در مراحل مداخله و پیگیری بر سرمایه های روانشناختی افراد دارای آسیب نخاعی تأثیر داشت. به عبارت دیگر، برنامه توانبخشی شغلی هم از نظر آماری و هم از نظر بالینی معنادار بود. علاوه براین، ثبات تغییر نمرات در مرحله ی پیگیری تأیید شد.
نتیجه گیری: از این پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که با استفاده از برنامه توانبخشی شغلی میتوان سرمایه های روانشناختی افراد دارای آسیب نخاعی را افزایش داد.
