نقش کمالگرایی، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و کیفیت خواب در پیشبینی اختلال خوردن دانشجویان پرستاری
The Role of Perfectionism, Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies and Sleep Quality in Predicting Nursing Students’ Eating Disorder

<strong>مقدمه: </strong>اختلال خوردن از عوامل نگرانکننده سلامت و یکی از اختلالهای آسیبشناسی روانشناختی است که تاثیر منفی زیادی بر عملکرد جسمانی و روانشناختی دارد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش کمالگرایی، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و کیفیت خواب در پیشبینی اختلال خوردن دانشجویان پرستاری میباشد.<br>
<strong>روش کار: </strong>مطالعه حاضر مقطعی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اهواز در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بودند که از میان آنان 210 دانشجو (29 مرد و 181 زن) با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای کمالگرایی، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان، کیفیت خواب و اختلال خوردن بودند. دادهها با روشهای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه بهشیوه همزمان و با استفاده از نرمافزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS-21</span> تحلیل شدند.<br>
<strong>یافتهها: </strong>یافتهها نشان داد میانگین نمرات دانشجویان پرستاری در متغیرهای کمالگرایی مثبت 960/12±548/73، کمالگرایی منفی 715/10±629/58، راهبردهای مثبت تنظیم شناختی هیجان 240/9±529/67، راهبردهای منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان 213/7±605/41، کیفیت خواب 801/2±310/12 و اختلال خوردن 192/6±233/39 بود. همچنین کمالگرایی مثبت (263/0-=<span dir="LTR">r</span>) و راهبردهای مثبت تنظیم شناختی هیجان (541/0-=<span dir="LTR">r</span>) با اختلال خوردن دانشجویان پرستاری رابطه منفی و معنادار و کمالگرایی منفی (339/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span>)، راهبردهای منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان (465/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span>) و کیفیت خواب نامطلوب (227/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span>) با اختلال خوردن دانشجویان پرستاری رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشتند. علاوه بر آن متغیرهای پیشبین بهطور معناداری توانستند 54 درصد از تغییرات اختلال خوردن دانشجویان پرستاری را پیشبینی کنند (01/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>).<br>
<strong>نتیجهگیری: </strong>نتایج حاکی از اهمیت کمالگرایی، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و کیفیت خواب در پیشبینی اختلال خوردن دانشجویان پرستاری بود. بنابراین برای کاهش اختلال خوردن دانشجویان پرستاری باید به نشانههای متغیرهای پیشبین توجه کرد و بر اساس آنها برنامههای مناسبی طراحی و اجرا کرد.
<strong>Introduction:</strong> Eating disorder is a one of the worst health factors and one of the psychological pathology disorders that has a significant negative effect on physical and psychological functioning. The aim of this research was investigate the role of perfectionism, cognitive emotion regulation strategies and sleep quality in predicting nursing students’ eating disorder.<br>
<strong>Methods: </strong>This study was a cross-sectional from type of correlation. The research population included the nursing students’ of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz branch in 2017-18 academic years that from them 210 students (29 male and 181 female) were selected by stratified randomly sampling method. The research instruments included the questionnaires of perfectionism, cognitive emotion regulation strategies, sleep quality and eating disorder. Data analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression with enter model methods and with using SPSS-21 software.<br>
<strong>Results: </strong>The findings showed the mean score of nursing students in variables of positive perfectionism was 73/548±12/960, negative perfectionism was 58/629±10/715, positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies was 67/529±9/240, negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies was 41/605±7/213, sleep quality was 12/310±2/801 and eating disorder was 39/233±6/192. Also, positive perfectionism (r=-0/263) and positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies (r=-0/541) has a negative and significant relationship with nursing students’ eating disorder and negative perfectionism (r=0/339), negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies (r=0/465) and undesirable sleep quality (r=0/227) has a positive and significant relationship with nursing students’ eating disorder. In addition, the predictive variables significantly could predict 54 percent of variance of nursing students’ eating disorder (p<0/01).<br>
<strong>Conclusions: </strong>The results indicate the importance of perfectionism, cognitive emotion regulation strategies and sleep quality in predicting nursing students’ eating disorder. Therefore, in order to reduce nursing students’ eating disorder should pay attention to signs of predictive variables and based on designed and implemented appropriate programs.
