fa پیش بینی افکار خودکشی بر اساس عزت نفس جنسی و سبک های عشق ورزی در زنان با طلاق عاطفی روانشناسی در پرستاری توانبخشی Psychology in Rehabilitation Nursing پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">مقدمه:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black"> خودکشی به عنوان یکی از جدی‌ترین مسائل بهداشت روانی در جهان مطرح است که در سال های اخیر روند رو به رشدی داشته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی افکار خودکشی بر اساس عزت نفس جنسی و سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی در زنان با طلاق عاطفی انجام شد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">روش کار</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی با روش همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان با طلاق عاطفی بود که در سال 1402 به دلیل مشکلات زناشویی به کلینیک‌های روانشناسی شهر شیراز مراجعه کرده بودند که از میان آنها تعداد 180 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه عزت‌نفس جنسی زنان زینا و اسچوارز (2005)، پرسشنامه طلاق عاطفی جان گاتمن (2008)، پرسشنامه افکار خودکشی بک (1961)، مقیاس سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی هندریک و هندریک (1996)، استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل رگرسیون با کمک نرم افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">SPSS-24</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black"> استفاده شد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">&nbsp;<b>یافته ها:</b> نتایج نشان داد سبک‌های عشق ورزی رمانتیک، واقع‌گرایانه &nbsp;و عزت نفس جنسی به صورت منفی و معنادار و سبک عشق ورزی شهوتانه به صورت مثبت و معنادار قادر به پیش‌بینی افکار خودکشی بودند (</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">p&ge;0.05</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">). حدود 40 درصد واریانس افکار خودکشی براساس سبک های عشق ورزی قابل پیش بینی بودند(</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">p&ge;0.05</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">). </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">: می‌توان گفت که عزت‌نفس جنسی و سبک‌های عشق ورزی با خودکشی در زنان دارای طلاق عاطفی در ارتباط است، بنابراین به متخصصان سلامت روان توصیه می شود جهت پیشگیری از خودکشی و بهبود بهداشت روانی زوجین دارای طلاق عاطفی به عزت‌نفس جنسی و سبک‌های عشق ورزی آنها توجه ویژه داشته باشند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong><span style="color:#0e101a">Introduction</span></strong><span style="color:#0e101a">: Suicide is considered one of the most serious mental health issues in the world, which has been growing in recent years. The present study was conducted to predict suicidal thoughts based on sexual self-esteem and love styles in women with emotional divorce. </span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><strong><span style="color:#0e101a">Methods</span></strong><span style="color:#0e101a">: The current research was descriptive with a correlation method. The statistical population included all women with emotional divorce who had been referred to psychological clinics in Shiraz City in 2023 due to marital problems, and 180 of them were selected using the available sampling method. Women&#39;s sexual self-esteem questionnaire by Zeina and Schwarz (2005), emotional divorce questionnaire by John Guttman (2008), Beck&#39;s suicidal ideation questionnaire (1961), and Hendrick and Hendrick&#39;s love styles scale (1996) were used. The regression analysis method was used with the help of SPSS-24 software to analyze the data. </span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><strong><span style="color:#0e101a">Results</span></strong><span style="color:#0e101a">: The results showed that romantic, realistic, and sexual self-esteem styles of lovemaking were negatively and significantly associated with suicidal thoughts, while sensual lovemaking style was positively and significantly associated with suicidal thoughts (p&ge;0.05).
