مقدمه: امروزه استفاده از فناوری سلامت همراه برای بهبود سلامت، یک فرصت فوق العاده برای کشورهای در حال توسعه ارائه می کند تا با صرفه جویی در منابع
کمیاب و آموزش پزشکی از راه دور، سیستم بهداشتی کارآمدتری داشته باشند. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تأثیر برنامه خود مراقبتی مبتنی بر برنامه کاربردی موبایل
بر تعادل افراد مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس انجام گرفت.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی است که در سال 1398 - 1397 در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری انجام شده است. واحدهای پژوهش با استفاده
از نمونه گیری آسان انتخاب شده و به روش بلوک بندی تصادفی به دو گروه آزمون و کنترل تقسیم شدند. در ابتدا میزان تعادل بیماران با استفاده از پرسشنامه بررسی
انجام حرکت هدفدار تینتی ( Tinetti Performance Oriented Mobility Assessment ) اندازه گیری شد. سپس برای گروه آزمون برنامه خود مراقبتی در قالب برنامه کاربردی موبایل بر روی تلفن همراه آنان نصب گردید و در طول 2 ماه توسط بیماران اجرا شد و با استفاده از چک لیستهای خودگزارش دهی و پیگیری تلفنی میزان به کارگیری برنامه اندازه گیری گردید. در طی این مدت گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. پس از اتمام دو ماه از شروع مطالعه، مجدداً میزان تعادل در هر دو گروه اندازه گیری شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نسخه 21 نرم افزار SPSS و آزمونهای آماری کای اسکوئر، تی مستقل و تی زوجی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: شرکت کنندگان دو گروه از نظر مشخصات دموگرافیک و متغیرهای زمینهای سن ( 736 / 0 =P )، گروههای سنی (955 /0= P )، جنسیت (722 /0= P )،
سطح تحصیلات ( 880 /0= P )، وضعیت تأهل ( 358 /0= P ) و شغل ( 172 /0= P ) تفاوت آماری معناداری با یکدیگر نداشتند. قبل از مداخله میانگین نمره تعادل در
گروه کنترل 78 / 3 ± 61 / 10 و در گروه آزمون 96 / 2 ± 55 / 10 بود که این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنادار نبود ( 945 /0 =P ). درحالی که دو ماه پس از اجرای مداخله
میانگین نمره تعادل در گروه کنترل 63 / 3 ± 52 / 10 و در گروه آزمون 47 / 2 ± 00 / 12 شد که این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنادار بود ( 049 /0 =P ).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که اجرای برنامه خودمراقبتی مبتنی بر برنامه کاربردی موبایل در بهبود تعادل افراد مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس مؤثر است. لذا می توان از برنامه های کاربردی موبایل به عنوان یک روش حمایتی جهت مدیریت بیماری و کسب مهارتهای خودمراقبتی استفاده نمود.
