چکیده
مقدمه: داشتن فرزند معلول می‌تواند بر سلامت و کیفیت زندگی والدین به‌ویژه مادران تاثیر منفی بگذارد. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه سبک‌های مقابله‌ای، تحمل پریشانی و پایبندی مذهبی در مادران دارای کودک معلول جسمی- حرکتی و عادی انجام شد.
روش کار: در یک مطالعه علی- مقایسه‌ای از میان مادران دارای کودک معلول جسمی- حرکتی و عادی شهر تهران در سال 1397 تعداد 70 نفر (هر گروه 35 نفر) با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گروه‌ها به پرسشنامه‌های سبک‌های مقابله‌ای، تحمل پریشانی و پایبندی مذهبی پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 19 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه‌ها از نظر سبک‌های مقابله‌ای و تحمل پریشانی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت، اما از نظر پایبندی مذهبی تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. به عبارت دیگر، میزان تحمل پریشانی و سبک‌های مقابله‌ای شامل حل مسئله، مهار جسمانی، جلب حمایت اجتماعی، مهار هیجانی و ارزیابی شناختی در مادران دارای کودک معلول کمتر از مادران دارای کودک عادی بود (0/05>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها حاکی از کمتر بودن انواع سبک‌های مقابله‌ای و تحمل پریشانی در مادران دارای کودک معلول جسمی- حرکتی در مقایسه با مادران دارای کودک عادی بود. بنابراین متخصصان و مسئولان باید برنامه‌هایی برای بهبود سبک‌های مقابله‌ای و تحمل پریشانی مادران دارای کودک معلول جسمی- حرکتی طراحی و اجرا کنند.
