A positive and significant correlation was observed between work experience and self-efficacy level (P=0.0014). The results of the present study showed that the average score of the rehabilitation team specialists working in the Red Crescent Community Rehabilitation Center of Tehran in the area of general self-efficacy before and after the intervention was 30.12 and 34.51, respectively, which was at a high level and in terms of statistics was significant.
